Capturing this 10-song live album was a ton of fun and a significant milestone for me personally. We flew our 5-man video crew from The Worship Initiative to Virginia and teamed up with Liberty University to film this concert in their basketball arena. Leading up to the event, I had the privilege of organizing pre-production, travel, stage design, LED wall displays, and lighting. At the event, I directed the shoot, and afterwards oversaw our post-production process.
Worship in the Word, Vol. 1-3

This series was one of the most rewarding projects of my career. When Shane & Shane shared that RightNow Media wanted us to create a kids’ show, I was immediately on board. The production brought together so many of my passions—I wrote, directed, produced, and even hosted each episode across four seasons and 40 episodes. Over two years, I had the privilege of shaping the show from concept through completion, and it remains a highlight of my time in video production.
Worship in the Word, Christmas

I separate this Worship in the Word season from the others because it was so unique. For the Christmas edition of our show, we switched up the teaching segments. Rather than the teaching skits we’d done previously, we tried something new: puppet shows! Capturing all 10 of these episodes in-camera was a ton of work, and a ton of fun.
Christmas Tour Live

Live album recordings are extra fun when you wear a tuxedo—and that’s exactly what we did for this swanky downtown Dallas Christmas concert. A 5-man team filmed this show and edited the videos after the fact. I oversaw planning alongside staff at the Thompson Hotel, gear rentals, and the post-production process for the project. Oh, and tuxedo rentals. Can’t forget that important budget line.
The Worship Initiative
Sunday Setlist #2 (Live)

This 10-song live album was captured at the 2023 StuMo Conference. We had a lean team this time around: 5 operators, including myself, with five mounted cameras for extra coverage. Coming off the heels of Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs (Live), we were able to build on what we’d learned and push the production even further. The end results are the live worship videos that I’m personally the most proud of out of all I’ve produced.
Beginner Guitar Course

This course was a blast. From start to finish, I had the privilege of truly owning every aspect of this series: research, curriculum development, scriptwriting, preproduction, directing and producing the three shoot days, overseeing all the post-production… and even designing all of the on-screen graphics! Now that it’s live on The Worship Initiative, we’ve seen hundreds of students jump into learning guitar for the first time.
The Worship Initiative, Vol. 29 (Live)

This one-night, 10-song live recording was a milestone for our team and community. It was our first large group session after COVID restrictions eased, and the energy of having a room full of guests singing along made it a powerful experience. Beyond directing the production itself, I also created the full visual identity for the project, including branding and album artwork. The combination of meaningful songs and creative ownership makes this album especially significant to me.
Foundations of Worship Leadership

This six-part series has become one of our flagship courses at The Worship Initiative. We filmed the teaching content in a single day at All Saints Anglican Church in downtown Dallas, but the preparation was extensive. I worked closely with Robbie on developing his scripts, coordinated location scouting, and managed pre-production with our excellent video contractors. Since launch, the course has been used by hundreds of worship leaders nationwide and has inspired several in-depth derivative series exploring its key topics.
